Every unit passes through seven steps: measuring on site, ordering steel, fabrication, grinding and sealing, primer, installation and touch-up.

Workers report each step from their phones in Chinese, Bengali or Burmese. Supervisors assign jobs from lists built from the project's own data, so a block with ten units offers ten, never eleven. The owner follows every block and unit without making a call.

A morning report that checks itself

Every morning a report on 25 projects rebuilds itself from the files and systems behind them, showing where each project stands and what it is waiting for.

Before it is published, a set of checks runs. If one fails, yesterday's report stays up and the failure is written down, so a wrong number never reaches the screen. A day without a report is flagged in the next one.

Search for an online publisher

The radar pulls the week's Google Search data and updates a report.

A set of approved rules then fixes what it is allowed to fix: publish dates, short answers to common questions, links between related pages, and the files that search engines and AI crawlers read. Each change is checked against the live site before it goes out.

Orders that fill themselves

The same publisher sells a report measured to each buyer's own room. The buyer pays and enters the room, and the rest runs without anyone on our side.

Every ten minutes a worker collects new orders, works out which layouts fit, draws them into a PDF and posts it to the buyer's report page. Before any report says a piece of furniture will not fit, a finer search runs to make sure.
